Itinerary

Arrival in Nairobi
  • Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, our team will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to relax or explore Nairobi’s highlights, such as the Giraffe Centre or the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage. Enjoy a warm Kenyan dinner and overnight stay in Nairobi as you prepare for your safari adventure.

  • After breakfast, you’ll depart Nairobi for the Maasai Mara National Reserve, driving through the Great Rift Valley and scenic highlands. Upon arrival, you’ll check into your lodge or camp and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, head out on your first thrilling game drive in the Mara, where lions, elephants, giraffes, and cheetahs roam freely. As the sun sets, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight in the heart of the savannah.

  • Spend the day exploring the vast plains of the Maasai Mara, one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife reserves. Enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch in the wild. You’ll visit prime locations for wildlife sightings, including the Mara River, home to crocodiles and hippos. If you’re traveling during the migration season (July–October), you may witness thousands of wildebeest and zebras crossing the river. An optional Maasai village visit can be arranged in the evening. Return to camp for dinner and relaxation under the stars.

After breakfast, check out and depart for the Isebania border post between Kenya and Tanzania. After border formalities and a vehicle change, you’ll meet your Tanzanian guide and begin your journey into the Serengeti National Park. As you drive through the vast plains, you’ll immediately be immersed in the incredible biodiversity of the Serengeti. Arrive at your camp or lodge in time for dinner and overnight in the park.

  • Today is dedicated to game viewing in the world-famous Serengeti, a park known for its endless plains and thriving predator population. With your expert guide, search for lions, leopards, elephants, and possibly witness the migration in action. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush before continuing your game drive through different regions of the park. The sheer scale and beauty of the Serengeti make it one of the greatest safari experiences on earth. Return to your lodge for dinner and a night surrounded by nature.
  • After breakfast, depart the Serengeti and drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, stop at a Maasai boma or the Olduvai Gorge (optional) – a key archaeological site known as the “Cradle of Mankind.” Arrive at your lodge on the crater rim in time for lunch or afternoon relaxation. Enjoy spectacular views of the Ngorongoro Crater and prepare for the next day’s descent. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

  • Today you’ll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is home to a high concentration of wildlife, including black rhinos, lions, and large herds of herbivores. After exploring the crater floor and enjoying a picnic lunch, you’ll begin your journey to Arusha. Upon arrival, you’ll be dropped at your hotel or transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight or onward travel.
