Serengeti National Park
The park is best known for the Great Migration, where over 1.5 million wildebeest, along with hundreds of thousands of zebras and gazelles, move in a circular pattern across the Serengeti and into Kenya’s Maasai Mara in search of greener pastures. This natural spectacle is considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa.
Serengeti is also home to the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino), over 500 bird species, and a wide range of other animals, making it a top destination for safari lovers, wildlife photographers, and researchers.
